Memory Care Director - Senior Living

Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced RN or LVN Memory Care Director in Campbell, CA for one of our senior living clients.

Position Details

• Position Title: Memory Care Director

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care, senior living, SNF, home health, or hospice
• Strong leadership and team management experience required
• RN or LVN license preferred but not required
• Experience supervising caregivers and managing performance
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of the department
• Strong communication skills, especially with families and staff
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work in a dementia care environment
• Ability to quickly step into a leadership role with minimal ramp-up time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 20-unit memory care program
• Lead, coach, and develop caregiving staff and support team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and on-call responsibilities as needed
• Provide ongoing training and performance management for caregivers
• Partner with families to ensure strong communication and satisfaction
• Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams across the community
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
• Monitor care delivery and address quality or performance concerns proactively
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with community values
