Investigate human rights and ethics related complaints. Interview all parties involved to gather information regarding complaints. Analyze collected data and draft document requests, questionnaires, and subpoenas. Prepare detailed written reports evaluating all relevant evidence within the applicable legal framework of the claims and defenses asserted. Prepare recommendations regarding whether violations of ordinances have occurred. Negotiate settlements when both sides agree. Conduct audits, training, and outreach.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
