Altro Paradiso is seeking a Full-Time Pasta Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
From globally acclaimed chef Ignacio Mattos, Altro Paradiso is a Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant in the heart of SoHo and a staple of New York City dining. Since opening in 2016, it has built a loyal following of neighborhood regulars and returning travelers alike, offering regionally inspired Italian cooking in a vibrant, light-filled space.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Pasta Prep Cook to support the daily production of fresh pasta and related preparations. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of one of the core elements of our menu.
