Position Details:

  • Location: Portland, OR (Airport Lounge Environment) 
  • Position: Full-Time 
  • Pay Rate: $21.94/hour (Weekly Pay)
  • Schedule:
    • Open availability preferred Wednesday through Sunday.
    • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Shift times may vary based on operational needs.

Required Certifications:

  • Oregon Food Handler’s Card.
  • OLCC Alcohol Server Permit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily lounge operations and lead front-line food service staff.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a premium lounge experience.
  • Assist management with scheduling, training, and team development.
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).
  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hospitality or culinary experience (high-end preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Must pass a TSA background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs).
  • Bending, reaching, and mobility required.
