The Role

We're hiring a Tasting Events Manager based in Dallas, TX to own and operate our Texas sampling event program. This is a high-impact, ground-level leadership role for someone who is exceptionally organized, motivated by results, and energized by building and managing field teams. You'll be the engine behind a statewide network of Brand Ambassadors bringing Qui Tequila to life at high-volume retail locations across Texas.

What You'll Do

Recruit, onboard, and train a team of Brand Ambassadors across the state of Texas. Coordinate and schedule sampling events at high-volume retail stores, ensuring full calendar coverage and brand consistency. Set clear sales targets for each Ambassador and hold the team accountable to hitting those numbers. Conduct in-person visits to live events to observe, coach, and support your team in the field. Lead retraining sessions as needed to continuously sharpen team performance and product knowledge. Prepare detailed event recaps and performance reports for Qui Tequila management. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Ambassador team and company leadership, communicating needs, wins, and challenges clearly and proactively. Represent the Qui brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep knowledge of our product.

What We're Looking For

You must be 21 years of age or older. You are an obsessively organized operator — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. You have experience managing field teams, event staff, or brand ambassador programs. You're comfortable owning sales metrics and driving a team toward measurable goals. You have strong communication skills and can give effective feedback and coaching in the field. You're willing and able to travel throughout Texas regularly to visit events. Weekend availability is required, as events frequently take place on Friday evenings and weekends. Experience in the spirits, beverage alcohol, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus. Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting is expected.

Compensation and Location

This is a full-time salaried position based in Dallas, TX, with regular travel throughout the state of Texas. Compensation range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Target start date is as soon as possible.
